What you will do
- Manage complex end-to-end technical delivery for large non-standard or cross-organization solutions.
- Lead technical functions including Analysis & Design, Integration, Verification, and Validation groups.
- Define technical delivery strategies during pre-sales, including requirements gathering, migration, and governance.
- Drive technical project execution and lead negotiations to eliminate risks during the implementation period.
- Coordinate resolutions for technical issues and establish support processes with engineering teams.
- Verify E2E Quality of Service (QoS) and stability to ensure project KPIs meet contract definitions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in complex projects with cross-domain/E2E technology areas.
- Hands-on experience with Nokia solutions, specifically 4G Packet Core on Nokia Cloud.
- Expertise in Telco Core networks, Cloud, and Data Centers.
- Strong understanding of pre-sales aspects, including scoping, estimation, and risk management.
- Solid knowledge of system engineering and integration methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead technical issues and produce results with minimal supervision.
