What you will do

• Drive the overall project plan, including implementation, evidence collection, and milestone completion.
• Ensure proper documentation, control design, and audit readiness in line with SOC 2 requirements.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders, executive teams, and external auditors.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including Security, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Procurement.
• Support project-related purchases and vendor coordination.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT, cybersecurity, compliance, or audit readiness.
• Proven experience delivering compliance, security, or governance-related projects.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
• Advanced English level required.
• Experience working with multicultural, globally distributed teams in remote environments.
• Understanding of IT and cybersecurity infrastructure sufficient to coordinate technical teams.
