Salary: $59,000 - $74,000 (base) + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Identify, respond to, and resolve technical issues and questions raised by clients.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams.
• Partner with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Provide functional and conceptual instruction to help clients maximize platform value.
• Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous support cases effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in mathematics and a passion for problem-solving.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
