What you will do

• Monitor brand mentions on Reddit, Quora, forums, and regional platforms
• Consult on reputation management protocols and respond to negative reviews professionally
• Develop and implement ORM strategies for LATAM brand perception
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support to address complaints
• Prepare reports on sentiment trends, share of voice, and reputation KPIs

Requirements

• Experience with forum-based platforms like Reddit, Quora, understanding community dynamics
• Familiarity with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Brand24, Mention, YouScan)
• 2+ years in ORM, community management, or related
• Strong knowledge of LATAM-relevant social platforms and review ecosystems
• Excellent written Spanish; English a plus
• Analytical skills to turn data into insights; independent work style
