What you will do

• Develop and lead a proactive press program, building relationships with aviation trade and enterprise technology media.
• Own the analyst relations program, managing positioning and tracking perception within the aviation tech sector.
• Maintain and activate the crisis communications playbook and lead spokesperson training for rapid response.
• Oversee internal communications, including leadership forums and employee messaging, to ensure organizational alignment.
• Implement a systematic reputation strategy using data-driven indicators such as media sentiment and share of voice.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
• 8–10 years of experience in PR, with significant seniority owning press relationships in B2B technology or complex industries.
• Publication-ready English writing skills (non-negotiable).
• Proven expertise in managing crisis communications and analyst relations programs.
• Experience leading small teams within a communications environment.
• Ability to navigate and maintain standards within a global, matrixed organization.
