TL;DR
Senior Manager, Public Relations (TravelTech): Building SITA’s earned media, analyst relations, crisis communications, and internal communications programs with an accent on aviation technology, reputation strategy, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on developing press and analyst relationships, activating crisis communications playbooks, training spokespeople, and using reputation indicators to guide decisions.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week. Flex-Location also allows up to 30 days per year working from another location worldwide.

What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with aviation trade media, enterprise technology press, mainstream outlets, and sector-specific analysts.
- Set the press calendar, govern content quality, and develop proactive stories that generate meaningful coverage.
- Structure analyst engagement, manage positioning, and track perception and commercial impact.
- Maintain and activate the crisis communications playbook, lead spokesperson training, and coordinate responses during reputational events.
- Oversee employee messaging, leadership forums, and strategic internal communications initiatives.
- Track media sentiment, analyst positioning, and share of voice to strengthen ’s reputation over time.
Requirements
- Significant public relations experience in B2B technology or a similarly complex industry.
- 10+ years of public relations experience, including senior-level ownership of press relationships.
- Established relationships with senior journalists in specialist trade media and a strong understanding of B2B technology press dynamics.
- Experience with analyst relations programs and crisis communications, including effective decision-making under pressure.
- Experience leading a small team and managing people in a communications environment.
- Publication-ready English writing skills are required.
