Salary: $100,000 - $170,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Lead the iOS development and release process for mobile software and provide production support.
• Guide a development team through all phases of the Agile life cycle, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Provide technical leadership and expert code reviews for applications using SwiftUI, Swift, and UIKit.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and architects to create high-quality mobile apps.
• Mentor iOS developers and influence the overall code architecture and feature roadmap.
• Analyze production defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of software engineering experience, or a High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience.
• Deep expertise in iOS platform development with a strong background in mobile SDK development.
• Proven experience with object-oriented design and development patterns for iOS.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Must be able to commute to the nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and supporting financial applications.
• Expertise in library and framework distribution.
• Experience with CI/CD environments, unit testing, and integration tests.
• Advanced knowledge of SwiftUI principles and JSON/REST/XML web services.
• Proficiency in writing scripts and automation.
