What you will do

• Build and ship diverse ad format experiences on iOS, including text, image, video, conversational, and interactive surfaces.
• Design shared iOS frameworks and primitives for ad rendering, media handling, and policy-aware UX patterns.
• Own complex end-to-end iOS systems covering UI architecture, networking, local persistence, and observability.
• Optimize global-scale performance, including rendering quality, scrolling performance, and network resiliency.
• Establish testing and quality systems, including automated regression and release validation workflows.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews and mentoring across monetization surfaces.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant iOS ownership.
• Fluency in Swift and expertise with SwiftUI, UIKit, and Xcode.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality, performance-sensitive production applications.
• Experience building polished mobile UI systems, rendering frameworks, or reusable product infrastructure.
• Ability to thrive in 0→1 environments where architecture must be defined from scratch.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with ad formats, creative rendering systems, or mobile monetization.
• Experience with large-scale consumer mobile applications.
