What you will do

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual regional GTM plans focused on revenue growth and net-new logo acquisition.
• Create integrated multi-channel programs, including executive events, webinars, roadshows, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Alliance teams to identify market opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person marketing activities, including logistics and lead management.
• Analyze marketing performance using Salesforce and Tableau to provide actionable optimization insights.
• Manage project timelines, external vendors, and budgets to ensure on-schedule delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology industries.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• Proven track record in demand generation, field marketing, and event management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for customer engagements and events.
