Sales Representative and Brand Ambassador - Hungary (m/f/d) (Retail): Driving sell-out growth and representing CYBEX technical lifestyle products through in-store activations, consumer engagement, retail training, and premium merchandising with an accent on product expertise, retail execution, and key account growth. Focus on delivering technical product demonstrations, improving retail conversion, monitoring competitor activity, and reporting performance metrics while supporting stores in Budapest and Hungary.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; regular in-store presence required, including availability to work 2–3 Saturdays per month and travel as needed.

What you will do
- Act as the category expert and brand ambassador for strollers, buggies, baby carriers, and high chairs.
- Drive sell-out growth through in-store activations, consumer engagement, product demonstrations, and technical selling support.
- Deliver product, sales, and technical training to retail teams to improve knowledge, confidence, and conversion.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and point-of-sale execution in line with global brand guidelines.
- Identify listing and account-growth opportunities, monitor competitors and market trends, and provide structured reports to headquarters.
- Represent at trade fairs, retail events, and brand activations while tracking sell-out, conversion, training, distribution, and execution metrics.
Requirements
- Professional experience in field sales, retail, or category roles, preferably in premium or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of retail sell-out dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Confidence in direct consumer interaction, product demonstration, and in-store engagement.
- Analytical, KPI-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in Hungarian and English, spoken and written, is required; availability to work 2–3 Saturdays per month and travel as needed is also required.
