What you will do

• Serve as the category expert and brand ambassador for strollers, carriers, and furniture.
• Drive sell-out growth through structured in-store activations and direct consumer engagement.
• Deliver product and sales training to retail teams to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure premium visual merchandising and POS standards in key retail accounts.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market insights to HQ.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs and retail events to strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Hungarian and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Relevant experience in field sales, retail, or category management.
• Strong understanding of retail sell-out dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Analytical, KPI-driven mindset with strong ownership.
• High flexibility to travel and availability to work 2–3 Saturdays per month.
