• Manage meeting and event bookings via telephone, email, and third-party channels.
• Develop customer accounts to drive business and increase market share across all revenue streams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate function sheets for the banqueting department.
• Host meetings in collaboration with stakeholders and banqueting staff.
• Maintain an effective follow-up system to secure repeat business and provide after-sales service.
• Support the finance team with invoicing and payment processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Must be based in the Berlin area or willing to relocate.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Sales-driven mindset with experience in cross-selling and upselling.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
