Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Venture-backed space and data analytics company building an Earth Observation constellation to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery.

What you will do

• Process all expense transactions and manage Accounts Payable in a consistent and timely fashion.
• Handle vendor onboarding, including maintenance of records, W-9s, and VAT IDs.
• Manage corporate credit card transactions, travel expenses, and documentation compliance.
• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources & Operations Team on process improvements and policies.
• Manage correspondence via finance email boxes and triage communications across international entities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, specifically in AP processing and month-end close activities.
• Accounting experience in a fast-growing company, SaaS, technology, or multinational environment.
• Experience with international entities, EU operations, and VAT requirements.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or other ERPs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to federal government contract requirements.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR (22 C.F.R. § 120.62).
