What you will do

• Define and own the Technology Operational Readiness (TOR) strategy for a major manufacturing transformation programme.
• Lead readiness assessments for SCADA, MES, Historian, AI, IIoT, and cybersecurity platforms to ensure go-live exit criteria are met.
• Establish post-deployment operating models, including L1/L2/L3 support ownership and lifecycle management.
• Align technology deployments with business outcomes such as OEE, throughput, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead organizational change management to ensure operators and engineers are trained and confident in new systems.
• Mitigate operational risks and ensure alignment with GMP, data integrity, and global IT/OT architecture principles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing technology, automation, or IT/OT within regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
• Proven leadership in large-scale technology deployment from design through to steady-state operations.
• Deep working knowledge of GMP, validation, and data integrity standards.
• Experience operating across PCS/SCADA, MES, and enterprise digital platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dublin, Ireland.

• Experience in greenfield or major brownfield manufacturing programmes.
• Exposure to advanced concepts such as AI, digital twins, and IIoT analytics.
• Background in manufacturing operations, engineering, or technical leadership roles.
