What you will do

• Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers within the Dublin R&D hub.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape the team's roadmap, balancing product goals with engineering priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the team's products and infrastructure.
• Design and architect long-term technical solutions with significant impact on the platform and customers.
• Coach, mentor, hire, and grow individuals on the team to reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading and developing growing engineering teams.
• Proven industry experience as a Senior software engineer.
• Strong technical background focusing on large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin R&D hub.

• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
• Experience with user-facing products.
• Degree in computer science or a similar field.
