What you will do

  • Lead high-impact strategic projects and workstreams end-to-end from problem definition to recommendation.
  • Conduct commercial and market analysis on customer needs and competitive dynamics to underpin decision-making.
  • Shape the overarching strategy for the hirify.global Group or specific business lines.
  • Build and develop market intelligence by tracking competitors and emerging industry trends.
  • Support corporate development activities, including target screening, due diligence, and M&A execution.

Requirements

  • Experience at a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (2-3+ years post-MBA or 4-5+ years as a graduate).
  • Proven track record in strategy development and commercial due diligence.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills using a hypothesis-driven, "answer-first" approach.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including data querying and building robust financial models.
  • Ability to communicate complex strategies clearly to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or financial services.
  • Background working in a high-growth company environment.
  • Experience with international expansion.
