Location: Onsite in Helsinki, Finland

What you will do
- Own key accounts, manage renewals, and proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Drive customer success through onboarding, support, and providing data-driven insights.
- Bridge the gap between customers and product by turning user feedback into product improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with deal professionals at PE firms and investment banks.
- Work across global time zones to support a worldwide client base.
Requirements
- Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or M&A advisory.
- Ownership mindset with a proven ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- University degree in business or a related field, or nearing graduation.
- Flexibility to work across global time zones.
