Treasury Analyst

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

What you will do

• Control group liquidity and monitor cash balances across multiple accounts and currencies.
• Execute short-term borrowing, investments, and operational FX hedging strategies.
• Manage bank guarantees and act as the primary point of contact for banking stakeholders.
• Audit existing treasury workflows and lead automation initiatives to eliminate manual tasks.
• Develop and maintain a monthly treasury dashboard for cash, FX exposure, and KPIs.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc financial projects to support business continuity and growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in treasury analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with treasury management solutions (e.g., ION Reval).
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency cash management across jurisdictions.
• Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub.
