What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing software delivery team focused on pace, quality, and ownership.
• Drive KION’s orchestration strategy across hybrid fleets, AI engines, and a unified user experience.
• Consolidate the software stack and infrastructure to replace fragmentation with a coherent, reusable foundation.
• Connect engineering efforts directly to customer value, market position, and revenue growth.
• Establish the Barcelona Hub as a strategic voice in shaping the company's global software direction.
• Lead through Domain Leads and Co-Leads to improve value flow and engineering excellence using SAFe.

Requirements

• Proven software delivery leadership with a track record of building teams that ship high-quality products.
• Deep expertise in SAFe, agile methodologies, and team topologies.
• Strategic ability to convert platforms and orchestration standards into market leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen to link software development to business and customer value.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
