What you will do

• Lead team delivery, roadmap planning, sprint grooming, and backlog analysis.
• Drive architecture and design decisions for high-reliability, customer-facing APIs.
• Write clean, tested code in Python and Go while implementing AI-assisted workflows.
• Own the domain end-to-end, including AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Manage team performance, conduct ceremonies, and mentor team members.
• Lead on-call rotations and production incident response.

Requirements

• 7+ years of production software engineering experience.
• 1+ year of experience as a tech lead or team lead.
• Strong proficiency in Python (DRF, FastAPI, Flask) and Go.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and event-driven system design.
• Experience with microservices and AWS cloud-native services.
• English level: B2 required.
