We are looking for a NetSuite Specialist to support a client that is already working with the NetSuite ERP system.
The ideal candidate is usually a qualified accountant or finance professional with hands-on experience using NetSuite, and a strong understanding of financial processes, accounting workflows, reporting, and ERP operations.

Responsibilities
The NetSuite Specialist will provide ongoing support to the client’s finance and operations teams, helping them use NetSuite efficiently and correctly.
Main responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day support for NetSuite users
Assisting with finance and accounting processes inside NetSuite
Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
Helping users with reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data validation
Troubleshooting functional issues and coordinating with technical teams when needed
Improving existing workflows and helping optimize the use of the system
Supporting implementation of changes, new features, and process improvements
Training and guiding users on best practices in NetSuite

Requirements
5+ years of  hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
Strong accounting or finance background
CPA / qualified accountant background – an advantage
Good understanding of financial processes, including AP, AR, GL, reporting, and closing processes
Experience supporting business users in a NetSuite environment
Ability to analyze problems, understand business needs, and provide practical solutions
Strong communication skills and service-oriented approach
B2+ English

Advantage
Experience working with international companies
Experience in NetSuite implementation or post-implementation support
Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, dashboards, and financial reports
Experience working with SaaS, technology, or startup companies
