Senior Social Media Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global social media strategy across X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Translate complex crypto and fintech concepts into platform-native content for traders, retail users, and the Web3 community.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global social media team of approximately 4–6 members while managing production and influencer agencies.
• Build content calendars, workflows, briefing processes, approval protocols, and SOPs for content creation, influencer collaboration, and crisis response.
• Oversee influencer strategy, campaign assets, video production, and coordination with marketing, creative, strategy, legal, and compliance teams.
• Own social media OKRs and performance reporting, using Sprinklr and native analytics to evaluate growth, engagement, sentiment, share of voice, and user acquisition.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of social media experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Marketing experience with a strong understanding of campaigns, narratives, and audience journeys.
• Proven success growing social accounts at scale for a global brand; experience with accounts exceeding 1 million followers is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, agencies, and deadlines.
• Experience with Sprinklr or an equivalent enterprise social media management platform.
• Exceptional written and spoken English required. Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish, and Portuguese are additional advantages.

• End-to-end influencer program management, including legal and compliance workflows.
• Executive communications and management of C-suite social media profiles.
• Experience with global rebranding or brand evolution initiatives.
• Familiarity with OAP or project management systems and cross-functional campaign coordination.
• Knowledge of crypto, Web3, DeFi, trading products, and market events.
