TL;DR
Lead Business Consultant (Test Manager): Own testing approach across assigned projects, defining test strategies and leading functional, end-to-end, and system integration testing with an accent on testing governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure consistent solution quality and dependable go-lives. Focus on managing test delivery across internal/external teams, incident tracking and resolution, and producing final test reports through continuous improvement of delivery practices.

What you will do
- Define and adapt test strategies, create detailed test plans, and derive testing scope from project artifacts (e.g., WBS, requirements, configuration documents).
- Lead testing governance as the primary escalation point for testing risks and quality issues; manage effort estimation and resource planning contributions.
- Organize and lead test activities for internal and external teams, designing and executing functional component, end-to-end, and system integration test cases.
- Manage incident tracking and resolution, monitor test progress, and ensure adherence to delivery practices and collaboration standards.
- Run stakeholder engagement from kickoff to closure: defect triage, workshops, reporting, and client support during test execution and suite handover.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining standard delivery practices and delivering final test reports at project closure.
Requirements
- Experience leading testing services/test management across projects, including test strategy, planning, and governance.
- Hands-on ability to design and execute functional component, end-to-end, and system integration test cases.
- Proficiency with test and incident management tools such as Azure DevOps Test Plans, Jira, and HP ALM.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification (or ISTQB Foundation/Advanced Level Test Analyst).
- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with office presence 2 days per week near Wilanowska metro station.
