What you will do

• Lead the global management of platform worker and rider classification risks in collaboration with international lawyers.
• Monitor high-profile litigation and regulatory investigations and develop defense strategies with local counsel.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to support the development of next-generation delivery solutions.
• Track and analyze legislative developments affecting platform work to advise Public Policy teams.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for senior management and stakeholders across the Group.

Requirements

• Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
• At least 6 years of experience in a law firm with a strong background in litigation.
• Deep expertise in platform work and the application of the EU Platform Workers Directive.
• Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional European language.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to one of the company's EU markets.
