Technical Compliance Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Érd, Hungary; hybrid working model with up to 60% home office.

What you will do

• Research and analyze technical regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor international regulatory changes and assess their impact on development projects.
• Support engineering teams with regulatory guidance and communicate technical requirements to engineers, specialists, and stakeholders.
• Review technical documentation, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with international experts and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports and compliance documentation and contribute to implementing regulatory requirements within projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Law, or a comparable field.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong interest in technical, regulatory, and international topics.
• Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex information.
• Structured, accurate, and independent way of working.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop long-term professional expertise.
