Senior Corporate Advisor (iGaming)

Location: Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus with full support

hirify.global Ltd is an international consulting company expanding its legal department to support licensing, regulatory, and corporate projects across multiple jurisdictions.

What you will do

• Manage the full offshore and onshore licensing cycle, including preparation, submission, regulator communication, requests, renewals, amendments, and ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate agents, legal advisors, and service providers across jurisdictions and prepare licensing documentation.
• Research markets, regulatory requirements, risks, and timelines, and prepare jurisdiction-selection recommendations.
• Support market entry and product launches by reviewing websites, user flows, content, bonuses, promotions, and product mechanics for compliance.
• Monitor websites and review T&Cs, Privacy Policies, Responsible Gaming materials, and other key documents.
• Support incorporations, corporate structure changes, audits, compliance reviews, legal-risk assessments, and business decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in licensing, compliance, or legal work.
• Practical experience with offshore licenses, such as Curaçao or Anjouan.
• Understanding of online gambling regulatory frameworks.
• Experience interacting with regulators and/or agents.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and manage multiple tasks.
