Senior Legal Analyst (Crypto)

Location: Remote, EMEA

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments.
• Work with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute contracts supporting company growth.
• Apply existing SOPs or design new SOPs while following applicable regulations and managing legal and regulatory risk.
• Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents across multiple group entities and jurisdictions.
• Design, develop, and implement legal processes, training programs, internal guidelines, and playbooks with business units and legal team members.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university. A law degree such as LLB, JD, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Candidates without a law degree may be considered with substantial prior law firm and/or in-house paralegal or legal analyst experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement legal processes, policies, and playbooks.
• Ability to work accurately and exercise sound legal judgment in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound commercial judgment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with cross-border commercial agreements.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad and e-signature tools such as DocuSign.
• Interest in the cryptocurrency and fintech industries.
