What you will do

• Conduct in-depth market research to profile C-suite decision-makers aligned with event themes.
• Develop and maintain targeted prospect databases using CRM systems and professional networking platforms.
• Gather and verify market intelligence to support strategic marketing campaigns.
• Analyze industry trends and geographic regions to identify high-value business opportunities.
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to provide actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to qualify potential clients effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Must be able to work in-person at the Cape Town office.
