What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Manage and direct creative agencies, production partners, and internal studios.
• Review and approve creative work across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and content channels.
• Adapt global campaigns for multiple markets to ensure cultural relevance.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Significant experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles (agency or client side).
• Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong portfolio of successful brand work.
• Experience with market adaptation and localization for multiple regions.
• Familiarity with production processes for film, digital, social, and print.
• Location: Must be based in Johannesburg
