What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement scalable supply chain and operations solutions using the o9 platform.
• Develop configuration changes, scripts, and API integrations to meet evolving customer needs.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot errors, and perform technical debugging and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal product teams to improve platform usability and features.
• Create and execute test cases for workflows and data analytics pipelines to validate enhancements.
• Provide documentation and training for global Super Users and End Users.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting Demand and Supply Planning products.
• Proficiency in R, JavaScript, or Python for analysis, statistics, and optimization.
• Experience with SQL Server and SQL.
• Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Must be located in the USA.
