What you will do

• Provide expert financial advice and guidance to senior leadership to support strategic planning.
• Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and evaluation of new client opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, rolling forecasts, and KPI tracking to drive value creation.
• Analyze revenue, utilization, and margin performance to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to build and evaluate investment business cases.
• Monitor project financials to safeguard profitability and cash flow.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, with at least 2 years in a business partnering capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build complex financial models.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be co-located with the business head in New York or Boston.

Nice to have

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience within a management consulting or professional services firm.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Sage, Pigment, or PowerBI.
