What you will do

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for ABB 800xA DCS, Schneider and Siemens PLCs, and Fix32 SCADA platforms.
• Design and implement new automation systems, including control logic, HMI interfaces, and SCADA/DCS integration.
• Architect interfaces for smart devices, including robots and automated label applicators.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve complex system failures and minimize production downtime.
• Establish technical documentation, standards, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably within the FMCG or food & beverage sector.
• Prhirify.globalciency in ABB 800xA DCS, Siemens and Schneider PLC programming, and Fix32 SCADA.
• Strong knowledge of client-server architectures, industrial networking, and control systems.
• Proven track record of leading automation projects and managing stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food industry sanitation standards.
• Experience with vision systems and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Exposure to advanced robotics implementation.
