What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, APIs, and containers.
  • Perform deep root-cause analysis by analyzing logs, tracing code paths, and isolating failures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate product bugs with complete technical context and reproduction steps.
  • Create internal playbooks, automation tools, and documentation to streamline future investigations.
  • Educate customers on deployment patterns and product capabilities to improve adoption.
  • Support release testing across various languages, IDEs, and developer workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, solutions, or technical support engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Ability to read and reason about code in languages such as Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go.
  • Strong written communication skills for explaining technical findings to customers and engineers.
  • Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Experience building internal debugging scripts or QA automation tools.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, or IDE productivity platforms.
  • Experience in high-volume technical support or customer engineering environments.
  • Expertise in debugging issues spanning application logic, networking, and deployment configurations.
