What you will do

• Own and prioritize a value-driven backlog for data and MI initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear epics and user stories with defined outcomes.
• Lead Scrum teams consisting of Analysts, Engineers, and QAs to drive delivery.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to align priorities and maximize value.
• Manage dependencies and resolve conflicts to ensure delivery stays on track.

Requirements

• Experience working in data environments such as analytics, MI, or data platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL or data tools like Databricks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and challenge effectively.
• Commercial awareness of business operations, particularly in areas like sales and pricing.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured work for technical teams.
• Must be based in the UK
