TL;DR

Location: Must be based in New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $149,000–$175,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

  • Identify, define, and optimize strategic copy frameworks for product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across broadcast, audio, digital, and social channels.
  • Write clear, witty, and on-brand taglines, headlines, and messaging.
  • Functionally lead and mentor a team of copywriters.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and producers to deliver coordinated, cross-channel creative work.
  • Present creative concepts clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional copywriting experience with a strong consumer-facing background.
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual range across product development, brand identity, and digital/broadcast channels.
  • Proven ability to lead creative work and influence without authority.
  • Experience building and scaling frameworks to drive brand consistency.
  • Ability to translate complex, technical subject matter into simple, human, and compelling copy.
