TL;DR

Location: Remote (EMEA); however, the role requires travel to study sites up to 65% of the time.

What you will do
- Monitor and manage clinical research sites to ensure project quality and integrity.
- Act as a primary liaison between the company and clinical sites to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Prepare essential study documentation, including informed consent forms and Notes to File.
- Ensure strict compliance with study protocols and global regulatory guidelines, including GCP.
- Coordinate multiple clinical projects across various centers and countries within the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with US and EMEA cross-functional teams on data management and medical affairs.
Requirements
- MS/PhD in a clinical, scientific, or related field.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in at least one other major European language (preferably French, Italian, or Spanish).
- Strong working knowledge of GCP guidelines and Ministry of Health regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and monitoring clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
- Ability to travel up to 65%, including national and international site visits and conferences.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in the medical industry.
- Specific experience in Cardiology.
