What you will do

• Manage the operational delivery of clinical trials, including site selection, start-up, and close-out activities.
• Lead CRAs to ensure high-quality oversight of monitoring, regulatory documentation, and site correspondence.
• Ensure timeline adherence and scope management while maintaining quality delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure appropriate communication and ongoing oversight of assigned trials.
• Identify project risks and develop creative action plans to resolve challenges.
• Mentor and train team members to maintain high standards of trial execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field.
• Significant experience in clinical trial management within the oncology therapeutic area.
• Demonstrable experience leading clinical aspects of studies across multiple countries in a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech environment.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays.
