Compensation: $147,400 – $377,400 USD (Total Target Compensation based on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Architect and lead scalable release orchestration workflows across cloud-native, SaaS, and AI product environments.
• Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD platforms, implementing progressive delivery strategies like canary and blue/green deployments.
• Manage enterprise software packaging and artifact lifecycles, including SBOM generation and binary integrity verification.
• Establish release governance frameworks and KPIs to drive operational stability and incident reduction.
• Embed DevSecOps principles into release workflows, collaborating with Security Engineering on compliance and vulnerability validation.
• Communicate release readiness and deployment strategies to technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen due to sensitive data and federal customer requirements.
• 8+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• 3+ years of experience managing Azure and Azure DevOps environments.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, cloud-init, Bash, and GitOps.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in enterprise-scale release and artifact management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Familiarity with software supply chain security frameworks like SLSA, NIST SSDF, or OWASP SCVS.
• Relevant certifications such as AZ-400, CCSP, CSSLP, or GWEB.
