What you will do

• Develop innovative NLP and LLM solutions to extend the functionalities of conversational assistants.
• Research and implement novel algorithms and modeling solutions in collaboration with scientists and engineers.
• Analyze customer behaviors and define metrics to identify actionable insights and measure CX improvements.
• Communicate results and insights to technical and non-technical audiences through reports and external publications.
• Own the full lifecycle of solutions from initial ideation and research through to production deployment.

Requirements

• PhD, or a Master's degree and experience in CS, CE, ML or related field.
• Experience programming in Python, Java, C++ or related languages.
• Proven experience in building machine learning models for business applications.

Nice to have

• Patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, or numerical optimization.
• Background in data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.
