What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end AI lifecycle from ideation to production deployment in clinical settings.
• Design and evaluate advanced AI architectures including foundation models, vision encoders, and multimodal fusion strategies.
• Collaborate with clinicians, product managers, and IT teams to integrate AI solutions into clinical workflows.
• Establish rigorous evaluation methodologies, performance metrics, and MLOps pipelines for AI software releases.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the AI engineering team.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Master’s degree with 7+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience applying AI/ML in production healthcare or highly regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and software development tools.
• Proven leadership in managing complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• No visa sponsorship or transfer available (including F1 OPT STEM).

Nice to have

• Ph.D. or doctorate in a relevant field.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and computer vision.
