What you will do

• Counsel clients on suitable financial products and investment advisory services.
• Prepare and follow up on client meetings, including case and proposal preparation.
• Handle sensitive communications and maintain accurate client records in Salesforce.
• Facilitate product-specific seminars and workshops to drive client engagement.
• Execute securities trade orders and manage financial requests like rollovers and transfers.
• Collaborate with lead advisors to implement business and marketing plans.

Requirements

• Must hold active Series 7 & 66 (or 6 & 63) securities registration.
• Must hold active WA State Life and Health insurance licensing.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential information.
