What you will do

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams of module and manufacturing operations engineers.
• Drive product transfer and ramp activities for new technologies into high-volume production.
• Develop and execute sustainable solutions to achieve safety, quality, output, and cost objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and support process development for next-generation device architectures.
• Facilitate technology transfer across sites through training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Master's, or PhD).
• Must be able to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Experience driving operational improvements and managing performance in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
