Salary: $130,030–$194,800 per annum

What you will do
- Manage Agile PLM processes and lead the implementation of new systems to support QMS requirements.
- Create and maintain items, documents, bills of materials (BOM), ECOs, and other product-related documentation.
- Drive cross-functional project initiatives including system integrations, data migration, and process automation.
- Lead testing for Agile/Oracle Cloud/ERP during development and implementation of new functionalities.
- Develop training documentation and conduct coaching sessions on document control tools and best practices.
- Establish and manage PLM metrics dashboards to track ECO status and cycle times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 5+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLM implementation, configuration, or administration.
- Proven leadership in enterprise-scale PLM deployments (e.g., Agile, Teamcenter, Windchill).
- Experience working in complex, regulated industries such as semiconductor, medical devices, or aerospace.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Deep knowledge of change workflows (ECR/ECO), BOM structures, and product configuration rules.
