Salary: $42,665 - $65,452

What you will do

• Procure, manage, track, and renew all software licenses for the platform.
• Maintain accurate and auditable records of license counts, versions, and expiration dates.
• Deliver monthly Software License Accounting reports and version posture updates.
• Coordinate with Atlassian, Security, and DevSecOps teams regarding tool licensing.
• Submit and manage VA Technical Reference Model (TRM) requests for software approval.
• Provide advance notification of renewals and licensing risks to prevent service lapses.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with 3+ years of residency in the U.S.
• Must hold or be able to obtain an active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in software asset management, IT procurement, and license compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting a federal agency.
• Proficiency with license management tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, or Snow Software.
