What you will do

• Support end-to-end system integration, including protocol mapping and data normalization across OT/IoT systems.
• Deliver Master System Integration (MSI) implementations, including floorplans, equipment graphics, and data visualizations.
• Partner with deployment and engineering teams on system validation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Handle complex and escalated application and network infrastructure support cases.
• Contribute to standardized deployment and support processes, including runbooks and troubleshooting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting network and AV operations.
• Advanced knowledge of platform OS, routing, switching, VxLAN, WAN, and LAN protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SkySpark, Tridium Niagara, or similar IoT platforms.
• Working knowledge of OT/IoT protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and MQTT.
• Must be a US applicant.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• IT industry networking certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or ITIL.
• Scripting or programming experience (e.g., Python, Axon) for data processing and automation.
