What you will do

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain detailed records within the support system.
  • Identify and escalate complex technical or account issues to senior staff or appropriate departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Meet performance targets regarding response time, resolution rate, and CSAT scores.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related service role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of IT systems and CRM tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Availability for rotational shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of Romanian or other European languages.
  • Certification in customer service or professional development.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
