Vice President, Client Growth and Transformation (AI-Powered Growth): Leading end-to-end client partnerships for Fortune 500 companies to drive scalable growth with an accent on agentic system design, automated workflows, and C-suite relationship management. Focus on integrating LLM-powered reasoning and RAG architectures into production-grade systems to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

Location: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday) based in South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY

Salary: $230,000 – $400,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end accountability for Fortune 500 client partnerships, managing relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Design and oversee production-grade AI-powered systems, including multi-step automated workflows and LLM-powered reasoning.
  • Lead the development of agentic strategies using RAG and API integrations to enhance customer acquisition and lifetime value.
  • Manage program delivery across cross-functional teams (Ops, Tech, Data, Compliance) to ensure scalable execution.
  • Define and track KPIs tied to P&L outcomes using SQL, Python, and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Mentor a team of directors and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital operations, product, or strategic planning.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows in production (LLM, RAG, API-driven decisioning).
  • Track record of managing high-level client relationships at the VP and C-suite level.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for system optimization and decision-making.
  • Experience managing KPIs related to acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY (Hybrid: Tuesday through Thursday in office)
