What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain field equipment while providing customer training.
• Manage daily service repair needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all inspections and repair work, submitting reports in a timely manner.
• Order, install, and manage repair parts cycle time.
• Assess equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements.
• Maintain tools and test equipment in accordance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related trade certification (electrical, electronic, or mechanical) or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation for Sensitive Security Information (SSI) access.
• Must be able to lift/carry 80 lbs and manipulate heavy equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and aptitude for specialized software.
• Must be based in or able to work daily in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
