What you will do
- Define and execute long-term reporting and analytics priorities aligned with business needs.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Act as a consultative partner to HR Business Partners and leadership to interpret complex insights.
- Develop predictive models and conduct advanced statistical analysis to forecast workforce trends.
- Design and deliver reliable, on-demand reports and dashboards for effective data communication.
- Champion people metrics and benchmarks to measure progress against organizational goals.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
- Experience supporting a global organization with HR reporting or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS systems.
- High proficiency in Excel and ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a problem-solving environment.
- Learning mindset focused on evolving strategies through research and new tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of HR practices and policies.
