What you will do

  • Define and execute long-term reporting and analytics priorities aligned with business needs.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Act as a consultative partner to HR Business Partners and leadership to interpret complex insights.
  • Develop predictive models and conduct advanced statistical analysis to forecast workforce trends.
  • Design and deliver reliable, on-demand reports and dashboards for effective data communication.
  • Champion people metrics and benchmarks to measure progress against organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
  • Experience supporting a global organization with HR reporting or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • High proficiency in Excel and ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a problem-solving environment.
  • Learning mindset focused on evolving strategies through research and new tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and policies.
