What you will do
- Extract, transform, and analyze workforce data using advanced SQL to provide actionable insights to leaders.
- Partner with People Business Partners to identify trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for workforce profiles, leave, and diversity metrics.
- Support the evolution of a modern, scalable analytics environment through automation and process improvement.
- Ensure high standards of data governance, quality, privacy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data capability across the People function.
Requirements
- Strong experience in People/HR analytics or similar data-focused roles.
- Advanced SQL capability for handling large and complex datasets.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, and ideally Workday and Alteryx.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business.
- Strong understanding of data governance and risk considerations.
- Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
