• Obtain necessary state and securities licenses through a structured 8-13 week training program.
• Build a personal network through local nonprofits, churches, and businesses to drive practice growth.
• Develop professional skills and best practices under the mentorship of experienced financial advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, WA.
• Ability to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and licensing verification.
• Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Technical aptitude with business tools such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
