What you will do
- Provide prompt and accurate support via phone, email, and live chat to English-speaking customers.
- Assist users with account activations, integration troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries.
- Deliver guidance on retirement plan offerings including 401k, IRA, and Profit Sharing Plans.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to internal teams.
- Manage customer interactions using Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in Colombia and available to work 45-50 hours per week during US-East Coast (New York) business hours.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or financial services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice to have
- Degree in Business, Finance, or IT.
- Familiarity with retirement plans (401k, IRA).
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall.
